Product Questions

I have some additional questions about one or more of your products, who do I ask?

Do you have any installation instructions?
For some items like supercharger manifolds yes we do, this is an area we need to improve on and are currently doing so.  Any questions just fire us a DM as we are more than happy to help.

Will your 1UZ high mount manifolds fit under my SC400/Soarer / Ls400 / Celsior / Crown bonnet?
No, these manifolds were developed for the budget builder who was doing either a drift, 4×4 , jetboar or vehicle where bonnet clearance was not an issue of they wanted the charger popping out of the engine bay. This manifold uses the factory lower intake manifold f the 1UZ and so once a charger is fitted it will sit 100mm or so higher than the factory upper manifold would have.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes definitely! Our website is setup to handle orders that ship anywhere Australia post services.

Who do you ship with?
We ship out domestically via Australia Post Regular and internationally via Auspost Express.

Can I pick up an item from your guys direct?
No, unfortunately this isn’t an option and all orders have to be dispatched via courier or mail sevice.

Can I pay with PayPal?
No, Paypal is no longer accepted through our website.

Can I pay with my Credit or Debit Card?
Yes, all payments are handled securely by Square.

How long will it take my order to ship?
If the item/s in your order are in stock the order will ship withing 2 days of the order being placed, if the items are being ‘made to order’ or listed as ‘back-ordered’ please allow 3 weeks from date of order until the items are ready to be sent. Touch base with us if you have any questions and we can give you the latest lead times.

Return / Exchange Questions

What if I buy an item and it doesn’t fit my car or build?
We do what we can to provide information and in some cases measurements for our products so you can make an informed decision on fitment prior to purchasing. If you have ordered a part and find that it doesn’t fit due to an oversight we will except the item back on an exchange basis of the purchase price excluding freight only provided the item is in its original undamaged condition. You will be responsible for all postage costs unless we were at fault.

Do you offer refunds?
The only time that we will offer a refund is in the event that we’ve sold you a faulty item and we can’t replace it with a substitute.

I’ve placed an order but want to cancel it?
If you have placed an order for a stocked item and wish to cancel it then we will gladly do so minus any transaction fees we have incurred from our merchant. If you have placed an order for a part(s) on ‘back-order’, ‘make-to-order’ or your order has been marked as ‘complete’  then we are unable to cancel your order as we have already incurred costs or your item has already shipped.

Who pays for freight in the unlikely event of a faulty item?
We will pay for freight to and from us. You send the item back to us, we reimburse your postage costs and send a replacement item at our cost.

Who pays for freight if I want to exchange an item for another?
If you choose to return the item to us for an exchange then you will be required to cover the cost of returning the items to us and will be responsible for the freight of the replacement item back to you.
