We have been doing supercharger manifolds to suit the 1UZ VVTI and 3UZ engines for a while now and one thing I’ve been wanting to address is giving users another option for fuel rails. At this point if you were planning on running 14mm injectors you would need to drill and ream the factory rails to suit which is all good and well unless you were requiring larger rails to feed a higher powered build.
I’m stoked to be able to share these pictures of our new high flow fuel rails to suit the 1/2/3UZ platform. These rails are CNC machined, media blasted and anodised for corrosion resistance and come supplied with -8AN ORB to -6AN male flare fittings. The rail bore is 17mm so your fuel requirements should well and truly be covered.
These rails are designed to work with our SC manifolds but will also bolt up to the factory intake manifold with some minor relieving required to the manifolds itself due to the increased diameter of there rails over the factory ones.
